Catalyst Care Ltd is a private accommodation, care & support provider, led by a dedicated team with over 30 years of combined experience in social care including safeguarding and leaving care.
We offer a unique service with our accommodation offering different types of high spec, fully furnished properties accompanied by a highly qualified team committed to delivering excellent proven outcome based care & support services.
We employ qualified and experienced staff and management to deliver support services both onsite in supported accommodation (24hr cover) placements as well as offsite in self-contained properties. The offsite team provides outreach support, focusing on the needs of the individual and personalised support plans to achieve the best possible outcomes for the young person.
Staff have over 16 years experience in working with YP and their families.

Who we support
We offer a fully furnished shared semi-independent or supported living accommodation with on-site 24hr staff support and 24hr CCTV cover, for young people of all genders aged 16+ with different needs including:
- Young people over 16 leaving care (including LAC and Southwark Judgement)
- 16-18 year olds with learning disabilities
- Unaccompanied minors, refugees and/or asylum seekers
- Young people released from custody (YOS)
- Those with emotional and behaviourial challenges
